safety jeopardised in store

I'm really upset that my wife suffered pain humiliation and embarrassment in a Mr price store. She was shopping and a mannequin fell from above her onto her head n shoulders. After bringing this to the managers attention then only did her shop staff inform her. I feel it's sad that the area manager said he will pay for her medical bill as we gave medical cover. What about compensation for her embarrassing and emotional stress that having a big item just fall on her I front of people in a big store like that? Our baby's safety was at risk too.
