I am extremely disappointed in Mr Price. At the beginning of may i made an online purchase. When trying to make payment it said unsuccessful. So i put the same order through again and it went through. Few min later i get a message from the bank that i was charged twice for 1 order. I try a good couple times to make contact with Mr price. I have contacted via fb, via email. Tried calling so many times my airtime got finished waiting for someone to answer my call. Not 1 person bothered to respond to any sort of correspondence. This morning low and behold i finally get through to a call center. The lady by the name of Norma tells me she can see the emails and advises me to plz send pop with a ref from my bank. I ask her to what email must i send this to, she says she will send me an email and i can respond to that. Its now a whole 7 hrs gone by and no email. Very disappointed as i needed that money.
