I lodged a complaint on the 03.01.2024 regarding my account that I've been asking to have cancelled with Mr Price Money since August/ September 2023. today is the 15/01/2023 and my account has still not been cancelled. I called their call centre on the 11.01.2024 at 12:55 and spoke to a Nashley / Nashleen (line was not very clear) who told me that the account was still not canceled but that she would action it right away. She said that I should get an sms within 24 hours letting me know that my request was taken care of - and to date nothing has happened. Im not sure if Mr Price penalises their employees for cancelling client contracts, but i'm suspecting that this instruction comes directly from managers. speaking of, I asked to speak to a manager on the 03/01/2024, and still nothing.
