RUSTENBURG MALL MR PRICE KIDS ONLINE PURCHASE PICK UP/COLLECTION PROCESS

Dear Mr Price please be clear with your online order collection process, you can’t be sending me an email like this (Hi, Katlego It's still here,Just a friendly reminder that your order *** is still waiting for you at MRP Rustenburg Mall Kids.Pop in-store with your order number and follow the signs to the Mr price collection point at the cash desk) I did exactly what the email told me to do and when I asked who’s helping customers at the collection point I get told to join the queue for people who are paying whereas I’ve already purchased and paid for my order online, the main reason for me to place an order online is for convenience so if I have to order online and still join the queue like someone who did in store shopping, what purpose does your online purchase serve to me. I had to leave. The reason for leaving was to actually get a clarity on your collection process, I sent an email and got a response from Sindisiwe Sibisi today who also told me to go to the till points for any assistance. So I believe the collection point is just part of the store deco it actually doesn’t work, you know I wouldn’t mind to join the que at collection point if there were already people who were in the queue for collection but not for payments because I was definitely not there for payments. It was actually the first time I get to order with a store online and I get told to join the que for payments, I have done online shopping with clicks, dischem, game….. the list is endless, I’ve never experienced that, I always collect my orders at “store collection points”not so long ago I collected at your other Mr price store in Rustenburg Mall and I was nicely assisted at the collection point. My problem here is the store implementing a facility/service that favours customers and still fail to execute that function.
