Rude upsell agent at Mr Price

You know I have had a Mr Price account since 2016 when I got my first official job and I have had no complaints until now. I do not know if it is an upselling technique where you get rude call centre agents to call us however, I am not impressed at all. I just got a call from the following number *** and an agent by the name of "Zee" says to me that she thanks me for my support and for paying my account. She then proceeds to tell me that she has some airtime product airtime for R200 and I pay R149, so I said no thank you. The audacity of this girl to come and tell me next "but you spend over R400 on airtime on your account".

NOW BALANCE me quickly, is this my account or hers????? I told her that is not her business and I do not have to exlplain myself to her and I asked her to remove my details (so I never get called about such again) and she said she can't which is an absolute lie. I then asked if she I should hang up and she says to me "if you want too".

MR PRICE, I have had my account for 5/6 years with you and I have never missed a payment and I have done my due diligence, why are you having rude agents calling me??????? For that 1 incident I am very much ready to close my account and take my business elsewhere. To be people who appreciate me and not treat me like I am fool or less than.
