Rude/unhelpful employees at Mr Price Cavendish

I wanted to exchange a Jersey at Mr Price at Cavendish. The staff member that helped me was very rude and unwilling to help. Stating that they have no stock, and was unwilling to check in the store room, also stating that the phone was not working so they can not phone for a transfer. She seemed very unwilling to help.

We find this to be unacceptable and would like to advise you that we will pass your complaint on to our Area Manager, Who will be in contact with you shortly with assistance in resolving this issue.
