Rude treatment at Mr Price Cresta

I wrtiting to complain about the poor service or lack of service at MR PRICE CRESTA. I did my shopping and went to check out at the till in sport section. When i got to the till the re was one item withiout the code. The till operator told me to go back and get the code. Which i obliged and went back to the floor to get the code. The ladies at clothing section assisted me the code. Upon the retaining to the till all the items that the till operator had processed had disappeared. I asked her where she had put my items she rudely trlpied she could not find them i had to go and shop again. Which i did and could not find the sizes. The lady did not even have a name tag. But upon asking I was told her name is California. To make matters worse she exchanged very unkindly words with my sister infront of the so called floor manager who did not even have a tag. I requested to see the manager after the till operator disappeared without resolving the issue. The guy in question the manager said he had stopped dealing with the issue because my sister the the cashier had an exchange of words. To which i did explain the till operator was quite rude hence my sister reaction. She even told her to come and work for Mr Price and do a better job.

After which the so called manager checked the stock of the items and could not find the items . He took my details and upon requesting for his details he refused to provide them . He did not even have any id to confirm he is indeed the floor manager. I believe the till operator was reckless to lose my entire shoppoing and even have the audacity to go and shop again on busy Sat.

The assistent mananger followed the till operator to come and apologize but . I understad she refused.
