Rude teller Mr Price Lakeside mall by the name of Philile

I received a bad service at Mr Price Lakeside mall Benoni on Monday around 14:20. The rude woman who was assisting me goes by the name of Philile. She had a really nasty attitude. She and her colleague who was working next to her at the till ( unfortunately I didn’t get her name) kept on saying things about me to me in a very condescending manner because I wanted to lay by more items when I already have another lay by that’s still active. Philile and her “friend” said that I can’t lay by until I’ve paid off the first one. I asked if I could just pay off the first lay by there then, and collect my items later because I had “lay byed” at Northmead Square. They still said no, but said things that made it seem like I’m trying to **** the store. Making jokes about how on earth would one want to lay by more than once when they can’t even pay off the first one. I found it very rude and judgemental because for one, I even offered ti pay at that store for the first lay by which wasn’t even over a week old. And secondly, I called the head office and I was told it isn’t true that I can’t lay by when I have one that’s still active. Im really disappointed and upset with their service!
