Rude staff

Yesterday afternoon I went to the Mr Price store in Canal Walk. Upon entering the store I walked in and came back to the entrance as I realised I did not take a basket. I then asked the security for a basket as I didn't see any at the entrance where they usually are. She told me to go to the cashier till and get one. I told her I'm sorry I don't work here so why must I go all the way there and get one, and mind you its Covid 19, so i must now go and get a basket at the cashier that has not even been wiped down with any sanitizer. The security just laughed and said go get one. She then still had the nerve to laugh with her friend about it whilst I am standing there. Pathetic!!! I then asked the guy working for Mrp for a basket and he also told me go get one at the cashier. At that point I was so disgusted with the service I just wanted to leave the store. I cannot believe that this is how Mrp treats there customer. Clearly covid 19 protocols are not being followed in this store. You get to the cashiers you don't see them wiping down their workstations after every customer. All cashiers are not wearing PPE. There's no manager on duty. I'm really disgusted by Mrp Canal Walk.
