Rude security guard Mr Price Scottburgh

Yesterday I went to Mr Price Scottburgh mall to exchange shoes,as I went through the door I looked around tosee if there is anyone to help me then I saw the security guard approaching the small table by the door,as I walked towards him he was tearing a red tape ,then I told him what I came for ,he was so mad he said ,"next time you must learn to speak faster see now I've wasted the company tape because of you". I was so upset because he teared the tape before I could even reach the table.
