Rude security guard

On the 29th August 2018, I was given bad service by the security guard with a name tag written: Suzan Ngamuni working at Mr Price, Masingita mall, Giyani. I went to exchange shoes that I bought the day before. Instead of explaining the exchange procedure to me, she just became rude to me and spoke to me as if I'm stupid. I did not appreciate the way that she treated me. I'll never go back to that shop
