Rude Security guard

<p>I was at MrPrice in Greenacres on monday looking around, so as I walking out the security guard stops me and says she needs to search my bag, so I open my handbag and she stuck her hand in my handbag, so I informed her that she may not put her hand in my handbag. So she says rudily to me "ek doen net my werk, vok jou" So I was shocked and I asked her where is her manager. so she says rudily again "gaan voor, gaan net! gaan!" So I went to the MrPrice manager and I told her what happened and she asked for my name and number and said they not in charge of the security guards but she can speak to her and give my number to the security guards manager and he will phone me. As we got the security guard she gave me a rude look and refused to apologized and was still being rude to me infront of the MrPrice manager. I have still not recieved a phone call from the security guards manager! This isnt the first time someone who is employed by MrPrice is rude. The first time 2 employees insulted me about my weight! If this is how MrPrice treats their customer then I will rather close my account and tell all my friends and family not to shop there because I have just had horrible experiences from MrPrice!</p>
