Rude Sales Person

I encountered bad service at Mr Price, Kagiso Mall this Sunday. I was assisted by Tru- Dean Jafta ,I gave her my card ,advised her to use the savings account, the card declined and I asked her to try again but it declined. I quickly left the shop to withdraw money from the ATM, I came back with cash to pay. I calmly and politely suggested to her that it may be that the speed point device was faulty since I was able to get money from my savings account, she rudely rep**** that is not the case, even waving slips at me that she supposedly printed out from the speed point machine. My issue has more to do with her attitude, her tone of voice and the fact that all the while I was talking to her she never once made eye contact , she seemed disinterested even dismissive. I would urge Mr Price to counsel the lady about what customer service entails, make her understand that arguing with a customer only makes the customer irate, she could have just apologised. She was not listening to me hence she used the cheque account with no funds instead of the savings as requested by me. She did not even say \Thank you "after I had made payment"
