Rude sales consultant

I was at Mr prize soutgate mall. I called on a sales consultant(Nonhlanhla Ndlovu) and asked her if she works here so I can ask her something (she gave me a funny look and said yes) I then a asked her why is she looking at me like that and she sarcastically asked me if her T-shirt is not visible enough for me to see that she works there. I then asked other employers if I can see the store manager so I can complain and the manager(Thandiwe Moqeye) was helpful until the called the lady in question(Nonhlanhla Ndlovu) to make her aware of my complaint. The sales consultant disrespected me in from of the manager and just kept quiet. That is bad service Mr prize southgate and I need a written apology
