Rude Ratanang Molefe

I received the very worst service from Mr price store at Dobsonville mall. I was there to exchange after I bought an incorrect size online, I was being helped by Ratanang Molefe at the counter and her attitude is bad, firstly she doesn't even greet she asked for an invoice on email advised I didn't receive an invoice she then said she wouldn't be able to help me I was ready to leave at that point because she obviously didn't want to help. I knew that it was possible to help without invoice or slip because they would normally require an order number. This lady was very rude ,because I was angry I told her that she would rather leave I'll go to another store until the store manager intervened. I asked who her name and surname name and she gave it to me with confidence said I can go report she doesn't care.
