Rude MrPMoney Admin Clerk from Head office

Hello Peter 5 years back I had an account with Mr Price which I paid up in full, recently I went to Mr Price Home (Middelburg Mall) for a new application it was declined, I was assisted by a gentleman who is the supervisor there. I asked for more information on reasons why I then found out that the account I had with them is still active and it wasn't closed which I requested that it must be closed years back. The supervisor of the store called in to their head office was transferred to a lady who was rude and cold whose name is "Keshnie Teddy" Admin Clerk at MrPMoney who is arrogant. She said to me I have accounts in areas and I must wait for my ITC to improve which I asked the name of companies that she said I was on areas on. I asked if I can send paid up letters because I don't owe anyone she dismissed me and said she will cancel my account.

I wanna report this lady for her rudeness.
