RUDE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR AT MR PRICE PAROW

Hello I’m very disgusted with the service rather attitude I experienced today. At one of your stores in Parow Sanlam center... yesterday I went shopping and I forgot my work documents at their fitting rooms, when I went today to ask about it, I firstly spoke to the cashier who was willing to help me recover my stuff. She looked and couldn’t find them, she then went to ask the supervisor/manage who claimed to have seen the stuff I was looking for... but says she doesn’t know who might have taken them, all this time she was talking to me while on whatsapp and Facebook, she sounded and looke so annoyed and very undermining, I humbly asked her if she could perhaps look on the camera and see who might have taken them she spoke rudely in Afrikaans which I don’t even understand everyone who was around her at that time gave me a nasty and disgusting look which I assumed she said something bad... Because I didn’t get the help I was looking for I asked if there isn’t anyone I could speak to she just looked and said nope “my boss is busy to talk about your stuff” and could not hear the whole thing she said.... I then asked her name she refused to give me her name as she proceeded being busy on her phone... I’m really disgusted... because 1 the attitude I got from the supervisor/manager was very bad,very unprofessional and undermining. 2. How on earth does the store not have a camera or refuse to check who could have taken my stuff.

And when I left I asked her name again she mumbled and gave false name I’m not sure if that’s how your employees are trained to treat people with disrespect and rude manner.. I’ll go again tomorrow and if I find unsatisfying behavior I’ll see what I can do.

Even if I looked like a joke to her trying to recover my lost stuff, the least she could’ve done is to show me respect and speak to me in a good manner..... If anything happens I have you and your employee to blame, because all my documents are in there.. and instead I got rude answers from your shop.

I have taken a video of her while she was rude with me I’m sure it will be a bad thing to see it in all the social media platforms.
