Rude manager at Mr Price

I visited the Mr Price branch in Beacon Bay Retail Park on 20/09/2022 at around 11h15. A lovely lady assisted me in getting my correct sizes however the manager was extremely unprofessional. Whilst the lady was helping me, the manager stood there silent, did not greet or pardon herself. I felt uncomfortable to I walked over to another sales person that was close by and made conversation with her. I overheard this manager being extremely nasty towards her staff member regarding a half day that she had requested for personal reasons. This matter was dealt with in a public space where shoppers could hear the discussion taking place and the lady could not even finish assisting me as the manager was being impatient and rude. Regardless of what level of management you are in, under no circumstances do you deal with business matters in that way or speak to your staff members that way. I felt very offended and upset on behalf of the lady assisting me. She really did not deserve that type of treatment, especially in public. If she is treating her staff like this in public then how is she treating them behind closed doors? The manager's name was Tanya.
