Rude manager

Good day,

I went to exchange damaged shoes today at Mr Price Springs mall today and I'm completely shattered! The manager(Rhinna) spoke to me as if I'm her 5 year old daughter, shouting and belittling me as if I am not a customer.The shoes were damaged in less than a month,I returned the shoes but I had lost the slip but I'm a account holder at Mr Price.

Instead of informing me politely that she will not be able to accept the shoes. She shouted and belittled me.

I've been a faithful customer for years and never in my life have I experienced such a horrific service.

I feel as if she would have never spoke to a fellow white woman like that! It was completely ****** of her to look down on me because I'm blac****

I'm a customer at Mr Price... Always have been! I don't appreciate being treated like a piece of trash.
