Rude, ***********, pathetic service for a paying client!!

Mr Price Money is absolutely pathetic. Service Delivery is Pathetic. After Sales is pathetic.

I opened up a account in March, have been a good payer and was told instore (Stone Ridge Shopping Centre) that after 6 months if i pay the account well i could apply for a credit limit increase.

I did that last week and had no responses, try to submit a callback which the website function does not work, tried calling the customer care line which does not go through eventually reverted to Whatsapp dealing with Siphamandla and the attitude provided to me as a PAYING CLIENT was ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and RUDE. plus she just simply states that i will get a sms when i can increase, where everywhere online and verbally told via the store I CAN UPGRADE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF BEING A GOOD PAYER!
