Rude employees, poor customer service and refusal of an exchange.

I've been quite about the service I've been receiving at Mr Price Mabopane, Central City and today I'm gonna complain, it ENDS TODAY!!!

I'm livid because they blatantly refused to exchange the items I had simply because I bought them on sale and now the price has changed, I tried explaining to them that I don't want my money back I just want to exchange, the lady and that guy (both did not have their name tags, I assume the guy is the manager because he was the one authorizing at the tills) told me it's impossible to override the price.

I failed to understand what he was explaining because he ended up contradicting himself with the statement he was saying. The lady also asked if I bought them there, had I bought them there I would've know that I was not allowed to exchange sale items because they tell everyone who buys there that's it is not allowed imagine. The only thing they can do is refund me the money I bought with imagine the nerve, even their facial expressions and body language was distasteful.

Ooh and did I mention the lady who was on the next till also gave me attitude? Her name is Kamogelo (KANXU) I got the name because I bought a belt from her because the lady who failed to assist me with an exchange her speed point wasn't working.

This Kamogelo character, the manager even reprimanded for her nasty attitude.

Mr Price Mabopane, Central City can miss me. I've endured years of poor customer service but today I told myself that I'm never gonna set foot there, they need proper customer service training.
