Rude employees

I went to MrPrice Westgate around 4:30pm on the 4th of April. When I got there they were moping the floors and all the floors were wet and they would not allow me to pass, leaving me stuck in one place. Even the tone they used to tell me was very rude. If they want to mop they should just close the shop and mop all day if i can not do my shopping
