Rude Employee

the poor service I received on Friday 10/10/2025 at Shop 1 Kerk Street, Johannesburg, 2001 around 14h00

I was at the store to exchange, however could not find the size then opted for a refund . The receipt included other Items which I purchased for my kids and haven't got a chance to fit them . I then asked for my receipt back as I still need it.

I was advised that I could not get my receipt after the refund was processed. I asked why I was told only after not before they processed a refund as they could see that I had other items on the receipt .

I was helped by an employee named Lindokuhle. During this interaction, the employee was dismissive and rude when I asked questions about the Receipt . She went on and printed the receipt and said i quote " YOU WILL BELIEVE IT WHEN YOU SEE IT", I found this behaviour to be unprofessional and disrespectful.

This experience was disappointing because I have been a loyal customer for years. it made me feel uncomfortable as the store was full .
