Rude employee

I was shopping at Mr price sasolburg Square. I got some clothes and went to the fitting room. I had the clothes in my left hand and took my right hand out to sanitize. This lady that works there gives me this horrifying look and says to me, "how do you expect me to sanitize you when your hand is positioned like that?" so I tell her that we sanitize everywhere and I don't understand why she doesn't tell me how she would prefer I positioned my hand for the convenience of her sanitizer. This lady started screaming at me in front of other customers with no care at all. She even clicked her tongue at me lol. I am shocked to say the least! How do you work with people and not know how to speak to them? I will not let this go and that lady needs to be dealt with because I can guarantee that I'm not the only customer she's been rude to. There are plenty of people out there who would do that job with a passion, she definitely isn't one of them!!
