Rude employee

This employee was very rude to me. She started by refusing to let me try on the item I wanted to try on because she said they were closed. I had to ask her twice nicely to go inside the fitting room as it was only one dress I wanted to try on. I then left the other clothes in the table outside the room she then told me if will have to come back and get them and put them back on their rails. when I came back she had whole load of other clothes on top of them, I struggled to get the clothes because I had other stuff in my hand. I told her, then she made a comment that I did not struggle to put them there. I then told her not to speak to me in that manner as I am the customer, My God she went on and on about me being rude. I had to go get her manager even in front of her manager she did not lower her voice or apologized. she said I started the argument. her name tag was turned around. her manager asked her in front of me to turn it around so I can see it. I have never been this humiliated in my entire life.
