Rude customer service at Mr Price

I lost my phone on the 22 October 2022 i went to mr price Carolina they have put me into the phone the consultant on the phone told me that i must get MTN contract sim as the store does not have it i called their customer care no:*** got a lady called Zandi i told her that i need to do a sim swap she told me that i must go to MTN shops because if the store is not having sim card they can't assist me. I asked the different of the sim cards she told me that the are contracts sim that are needed in order for her to assist i told her that in my place the is no MTN shop and am in need of my number i asked her to use a prepaid sim she told me its going to fail. I make means and drive to Ermelo for MTN shop the assistants told me they are only assisting MTN contracts people not people who are having contracts with Mr Price i called again luckily i got hold of Zandi she spoked to one of the MTN consultant then the same Zandi asked them to sell me a prepaid sim that she told me its going to fail i got crossed because i had to spend money to buy a sim that i only bought in my place. She was so rude and shouting when i asked her why she was not clear in the first place i then went to mr price Ermelo they sold me a sim again and told me the is no instructions they received that i need to buy contract sim for sim swap. So my query can mr price train your people the same instructions to assist customers because Zandi has her own information and others have their own i really suffered a lot i needed my sim because i was having data in it and your guys are giving me poor service and rude attitude from Zandi because even now still they have not called i did escalating they told me sim swap was done on the 24 October 2022 by Zandi but yesterday when i called she did another one and they said they are waiting for MTN to respond that means your customers are not important? Because its your duty to treat our matters urgent some network sim swaps take 4 hrs but having a mr price contracts takes for ever to be assisted i am really not happy and i will cancelled this contracts as soon my sim swap have been sorted i have suffered a lot with your poor service Mr Price i am so disappointed and angry.
