Rude customer Laison

I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I got regarding a follow up on my online order that is delayed. The lady's name is Zana. She's very rude and has no regard for customers. I have been waiting for my online order that was due for the 13th of May and still to avail. I've been calling to follow up and no one is willing to assist and when I go to the Table Bay store for my collection, they tell me the order is still shipped. Very bad online tracking service. It's rather disappointing.
