Rude customer care consultants

Placed an order online when i tried to do a follow up on my order i was rudely told that the app i used was not updated and before i could ask for more questions my conversation was cut short and i was left like that on the app via customer service This is pure inconvenience to me as i expected my delivery today or tomorrow now with no sign of empathy or willingness to help i was told that my order will be next week and left like that

I think the staff are rude and they should be properly trained especially those working under customer care on how to address clients and even a simple sincere apology like "Miss we understand your problem and we apologize for the inconvenience that we might have caused as we picked up that you were using an outdated app here is what you can" and atleast provide me solutions I am so not happy as the outfit was meant to be for this weekend and now i am experiencing this
