Rude Consultants and Agents

I went to the Mr Price branch to close my account due to the disgusting service I received late last year at the Gugulethu branch.The consultant at branch (CPT) contacted the head office , the agent I spoke dropped the line while I speaking , the consultant called again and this time Jacky assisted and she was very rude and short to the point that we had a back and forth on the call.

I'm so happy that I won't have to work with this company anymore and I would encourage everyone to close their.

Please provide me , the credit bureaus with the paid up letter urgently and copy me in the email
