Rude consultant

I app**** for a Mr Price account online on Wednesday 10 June 2015. I received an sms saying my application was pending and I should send payslips, Id and bank statement which I did and provided then with my work telephone number. A rude lady called me this morning, 15 June saying she can't confirm my employment because when she called my department, someone said my unit doesn't exist. She never called the direct reference number. I work for the state and all my life details are on the payslips I emailed. I even sent an email with the number to confirm my employment
