Rude cashier's

Good please review the level of service we receive at Mr Price Jubilee, went there to shop obviously because they have the self service portal I decided to use it. The rude cashier's there kept on gossiping about me on how could I use the self service without asking them whereas I had asked the lady who was at the fitting room. Y should I feel humiliated when shopping especially if I'm able to use the portal. I did not even get to see their names as they were not wearing name tags
