Rude Caller

I never receive my email statements unless I ask for them, I just received a call to inform me my account is in arrears. No problem (although this wouldn't be an issue if I received my statements) The attitude of the caller however is completely unacceptable. She was rude and abrupt and just generally unnecessary. But the calls are recorded so you know that I'm sure. I have spoken with Mr Price Money consultants before an they are usually friendly and helpful so I was quite shocked by this woman's tone.
