Rude Call centre agent phone's me and drops the phone in my ear because she was not successful...

I just received a call from your call centre thanking ne for paying my account on time and wanting to upsell me on data. I said not right now and I am disturbed by her attitude... she said it's only and additional R159 and I said but I said not right now and she dropped the phone in my ear. Wow is that how you appreciate your clients?
