RUDE CALL CENTER AGENT

I have always accepted the aggressive call center agents’ tones or harassment calls when it comes to Mr Price and when one is in arrears but I actually don’t think I need to take it even when not.

I was owing R1620 including October installment and I paid R1000 early in the month. R620 was outstanding but it’s still for October and today is the 28th!

Only to receive a call from a man who would not identify himself until I asked who he was and the purpose for the call.

He is calling me because my account is in arrears?! So rude!

And when I pointed to him that I owe R620 (out or R950)for this month and I actually have until the 7th, he simply hang up.

I have had this account for over 10 years.

Today is actually the day I decide enough is enough, no one needs this pressure during this trying time especially for non essential goods.

Will strive to pay you off and move on.
