Rude call agent

Got a call from Mr price call centre wanting to upgrade some policy I have with them. I listened to the lady and was absolutely polite with her conversation went so well until I told her I don't want to upgrade but rather cancel the policy i have with them. She then said she is not calling for cancellation I told her I thank you but can u give me a number to call to cancel she just rudely said go to the store and call customer service and put the Phone down. Unbelievable if they selling their services they can be so sweet.
