Rude Behavior from Mr Price Agent

I am raising a concern about a recent call I received from Mr Price regarding my account. The agent, named Jane, asked me to confirm my account details without first checking if it was a convenient time to talk. I informed her that I was at work and unavailable. When I explained that her approach felt abrupt, her response was dismissive and utterly rude and she said that asking if it is a convenient time is not something they are taught to do. I found this interaction unprofessional and frustrating. I would appreciate it if Mr Price could review this call and provide feedback on the conduct of the agent.
