Rude assistant

I was shopping around the shop,as I was about to reach the till to pay this assistant was firstly reluctant to assistant with a frustrated look on his face which was very intimidating. So when I finished paying I asked politely about the procedure of buying and wearing the the item in the fitting room,he was rude and rep**** with the most vulgar term I have yet to understand. So I took my things I went to the fitting room to ask the young lady in charge and she gladly assisted me.
