Rude and unreasonable staff at Menlyn!

Hi would like to report an incident that happened on Saturday around 4 at your Menlyn store:

My niece visited the store with her father and was confronted by one of your store assistants- Eva- who accused her of peeing in one of the changing rooms. When she explained she was not guilty, she continued to make a scene and shout at her, eventually demanding that she mop up the mess in the changing room. I am told one of the supervisors tried to intervene with no success- and she too noticed that the mess was not "fresh" and couldn't have been left by my niece.

My niece is terribly upset and traumatised by what happened. I am writing to request a formal apology from the staff member in question as it is unacceptable to speak to a paying customer/ anyone for that matter, in a manner that leaves them so shaken. I would also like to request that a full investigation be completed into this matter. We are very unlikely to be visiting your store again.

Treating customers poorly, even after clear evidence is presented to you is unacceptable.

I have a picture of the lady assistant in question, and a video of the "mess" which is clearly not fresh at the time of the accusation.
