Rude and unprofessional

In the 19th of May 2022. I went to Mr Price Mall at Reds ag 18h45 - 15 min before closing time as per board outside. I just wanted to buy a headband. I knew exactly what I wanted. I got there the doors were already half way closed. They let me in and I asked where bands are NO one responded or tried to assist me !.

I then got what i wanted waited at till and staff did not assist me as they were cleaning up. the ans 18h55 one staff said sorry cant help you we already put off the system. according to my knowledge one needs to assist clients if they are in store till they done. but how can they switch off before 19h00 . The manager was not friendly or helpful at all He then later said I should pay cash which I didnt have.
