Rude and unhelpful staff

The staff at the Mall of the South branch are very unhelpful and rude. I asked for the lady’s name and she refused to give it to me. When reported to the manager, she just grinned and did not help at all. Karabo was her name and I will no longer be supporting that store. Check your Google reviews, this is not the first time that the service at this store has been reported.
