Rude and *********** consultant

I would like to know if the personnel working at Mr Price undergoes any sort of interview to make sure that they have the needed s****s to fulfil their duties completely, I got a call on the 12 Mar 2019 @ 1:10 pm regarding my account which I know is a little behind as I am not working at the moment and my own I only got my own business up and running now, I advised the consultant about my situation and told her to give me a call on the 28th of the month, I also advised that I can not afford to settle the entire amount owing immediately but will see what I can manage, hence the call for the 28th, then I receive a call the next morning @2:37 am with another lady telling me that I have no idea what I am talking about as your calls are recorded and I requested a call back, the more I an trying to explain that I requested a call on the 28th the more she is going on about the calls being recorded, and asking me that I have to keep quiet so she can finish talking, so I dropped the call, if you are recording calls then bloodu go to your recordings and lisen to them and make sure of what your clients tell you. I do not need to deal or speak with any rude and arrogant people.

Please make sure your employees have their facts straight before you contact your clients.
