Rude and ******** employee

Yesterday I was at Mr price in King Williams Town I asked one of the employees to assist me with removing a clothing rack that was on the way the lady ignored me and walked away. She came back few minutes later as I had already helped myself so I told her she should have told me that she wasn’t going to assist me and it ended up being an argument.

I was not impressed at all with her service and how she handled the entire situation. Doesn’t Mr price train their employees about customer service ?
