RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL APHIWE AT MR PRICE PROTEA GARDENS

Closed the account later to receive statements saying I have an outstanding bal... Called head office on the number provided on the statement I received on the statement where I was told the account was not closed... The lady explained whoever assisted you did not send through the form... And advised I go back to the account or pay the R30 something Rands and call again.... 25.10.2018 I went to Mr price Gardens to query the issue.. Was assisted by the same lady who assisted me when I closed the account... Explained what I was informed at the head office... HER NAME IS APHIWE.... She became very rude from when we started communicating.... Said words like... WHAT DO U THINK I WILL DO WITH YOUR FORM???? I DON'T EVEN KNOW U.... U WILL HAVE TO PAY THE R30 THERE'S NOTHING ELSE... IN A VERY RUDE MANNER...took my ID and scanned on her screen and then said WHO SAID U OWING BCOS ITS BLOCKED AND THROUGH ME WITH MY ID..... asked for the manager who came and asked her to apologise and she asked what for even in front of that manager she was still talking loud and pointing fingers at me disrespectful... But she never said anything.... Manager called the head office and was also told about the R30 something I owe and then said should come back.... Went back only to be told there is a customer who came and said I told the lady uyangiphaphela.... THIS IS THE SAME LADY THAT WAS AFTER ME IN THE QUE... WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT NOT BEING ASSISTED as there was only one till operating... THIS IS THE SAME LADY WHO ASKED ME NOT TO LEAVE SUCH MATTERS.... and because I had had a rough day I allowed her lies.... It pretty shows she sides with her employees even when they are wrong.... Managers like her are a bad example.... She should lead by example and lead by the rules... Disrespect from employees is unacceptable CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT... And must be valued
