Rude and arrogant

I was so disappointed at the disrespect from a security lady at your Protea Glen mall branch. I bought items and left the store passing her at the door when she was talking with some of the staff. We were walking outside and she called us to return so I can give her the slip. Imagine! By then I had passed capitec. Then I tell her I'm not happy. She went to say wa ntolobela. I'm shocked! The store manager was there. If my son didn't need those items, I could have done a refund immediately. Her name is Shiluba
