RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE PEOPLE IN MR PRICE AND MILADYS' COLLECTION DEPARTMENTS

What a shocking attitude their accounts department has - I have been paying my account every month even during lockdown when I was laid off! MIladys and Mr Price were advised, 0however they are a company that dont care about their customers or loyalty at all. I have been a customer of both Mr Price and Miladys since the day they opened but no more! I am now being hounded by a rude collector Siyabonga Msomi who refused to identify where he was calling from on the phone and was aggressive and rude. I am a 70 year old woman who deserves to be treated with respect and manners the way I treat people. Once I have settled these two small accounts I will no longer deal with a company that has no empathy for their customers. They have no need to put tracers on me and hound me!......Disgusting!!
