Rude Agent by the name of Jeanie

Mr Price call center and agent name is Jeanie. I called in with a query I had and came across a rude lady, who **** and said she had the flu when she went back and forth with me regarding my query. As a consumer and when you call in a call center, I believe all agents should be professional and have empathy for the client, no matter how irate the client or consumer is over the phone he agent does not have the right to go back and forth with the consumer.
