Rude agent
Received a call at 11:29 re my overdue acc. I advised the agent that i made payment today and also closed my account after being harassed with calls (7 calls in 1 day alone). The agent spoke over me and dropped the call while i was advising that i don't want any more calls. She probably captured the PTP as all she cared about was the payment. Absolutely no customer service skills.
