rude!!!

My mom bought heals last week for me, only to find out they were the wrong size and shoe. Upon receiving the shoes I noticed they were dirty underneath by the heal. I then took the shoes back today only to receive such disgusting behaviour from the security at the door. He shouted at me, asking who would then buy the shoes. I don't see how this is my problem considering that I bought them like that and if they were the wrong size, why should I keep them! I've never felt so humiliated. It was utterly disgusting as to how this man was speaking to me and in front of a shop full of people too!
