Can somebody explain to me how and why Mr price always has excuses for everything.

Firstly when paying for store express with online orders it reflects that orders should take 1-3 working days right. You pay for your order thinking it will be delivered in 1_3 days , then the orders process for almost 2 full days! So now we paying for something that takes more than 3 days to be delivered , why Can't Mr price improve there online delivery method and Maybe get other courier because honestly speaking the courier you'll use right now is absolutely useless and bringing down the Mr price name ... Mr Price online is the slowest online delivery ever it's unbelievable.. I suggest my money paid for my orders be returned to me because clearly I'm not receiving my orders AnyTime soon and it's the 7th already
