Rotten business

I placed an online order on 20 November 2023 and when I checked the progress of the order 3 days later it was still processing. I tried the whatsapp channel and the consultant promised to escalate my query of which nothing was done, then yesterday I called twice and still no help because 5 days later the order is still processing. I'm in the process of settling and closing my Mr Price account because of their *********** attitude.
